Description:
The GEC Oil Dryer Machine is put to use to drain the snacks of any extra oil or water. During the frying process, foods like potato chips, banana chips, and boondi absorb and hold onto excess oil. Because of this, the original flavour is altered, which turns off consumers and necessitates the removal of any extra oil while keeping the flavour oil intact. It features a spinning drum in which the product that has to be dried is inserted. After being spun with the assistance of an electric motor for a few minutes, the product is dried; nevertheless, the product is not completely dried by this machine; just the excess water or oil is dried off the surface due to which the original taste is preerved.
