Cancellation policy

THE GENERAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible,

and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only one the same day after placing the order. Once the process of machine production is started on next day order cannot be cancelled.

However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the

vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• THE GENERAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION does not accept cancellation requests for

any customized product / machineries.

•Any transportation damage during transport does not comes under our company ( THE GENERAL ENGINEERING CORPORATION) scope. Our responsibility of goods ceases, once the goods leaves our premises.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer

the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the THE GENERAL ENGINEERING

CORPORATION, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
